Introduction to Pilates

1. Your current situation

You’ve heard of Pilates but never tried it? You feel like you won’t know what to do – and you’re a little nervous about joining an established group class?

2. The problems you're having

  • Have you been told by a physio that you should do Pilates?
  • Do you have a reoccurring injury and you’d like to ease the pain?. But you just don’t know how?
  • Perhaps Are you seated at work – or standing for long periods of time?.

If you have any of these problems, you might suffer with poor posture. So you might need to improve it to help you move more freely and
be more flexible.

3. What you need help with right now

You know you need to make a start to regain and help build your strength – and to increase your flexibility. You’re looking to learn the correct techniques without feeling the pressure
to go to ‘the next level’ straight away. In this course you will learn moves to help you stand taller, which you can easily transfer into your current lifestyle.

"My back has improved so much, I no longer take pain killers anymore, my life has improved beyond belief, I sleep better, my work life is better. I feel stronger & my posture is good these days. Mentally, Pilates is amazing, I feel uplifted, relaxed, and happy after a class."
Kerstin, Fusion Pilates Client
