Do you want to work out in a fun way? Feel fitter happier and healthier? Try this dance-based fitness class. It’s an aerobic workout class that challenges not only your body but also your brain.
Strut, shake and shimmy your way to a fitter you. Have two left feet, don’t worry, work at a pace and level that suits you!

From pop chart toppers to the classics, we will be moving and grooving whilst working up a sweat. Exploring all dance styles, from Latin to Charleston, disco to Bollywood and everything inbetween.
