New to Pilates?

If so, I recommend you book a one-to-one mat work class first. Here I’ll carry out – for a consultation on your injuries, fitness levels and goals –. then we can create a personalised plan for you.
Or if you’d like to transfer your mat work skills to Reformer Pilates, I can introduce you to the equipment and create a personalised plan to help you.

Or if you’d just like to give Pilates a try, join one of the small introductory courses, that run intermittently through the year.
