Gold

Unlimited access to all live classes and on-demand recordings, with complete freedom to do as many classes, as and when suits you.

The World Health organisation states:
“Adults should do muscle- strengthening activities at moderate or greater intensity that involve all major muscle groups on two or more days a week, as these provide additional health benefits.”

By signing up to the Gold Plan, you will both feel and see results quicker, leading a healthier, happier lifestyle!

Silver

By developing routines and regularly practising, improvements in technique can gradually be made and skills and abilities be enhanced.

Practicing Pilates once a week will maintain positive results of regular practice. Practicing Pilates two or three times a week will reap maximum results.

Join me for two live classes a week for additional health and fitness benefits.

Bronze

You are ready to start making changes but limited on time due to family/work/ and lifestyle commitments.

This once-a-week commitment will be the little bit of “you time” that you just need to help both your mind and body feel better.

Complete your classes wherever, whenever

You can attend classes in-person at various venues in and around Chester. 

Or you can attend classes online. No need for childcare or travel – just you and your mat, all from the comfort of your own home. The classes are live via Zoom, which allows me to be completely interactive with you – I can see you, you can see me.

The online digital experience is truly like having your very own personal Pilates trainer in your pocket.

Going away? Stuck in traffic? Don’t worry – all of the classes are recorded and available to

 you on demand through the Gymcatch app.
