What is Fitball?

All the Pilates movements you already know – but using the ball. It’s a fun, challenging class that’s great for working your whole body!

Will I be able to do it?

With anything you haven’t tried before, there’s always a bit of apprehension about trying it. You think to yourself – will I be able to do it? But as with all of the classes, I’ll put you at ease and vary the moves so that you can do them at your own level.
Current clients were concerned that they “would keep falling off the ball”. Don’t worry, I’ll guide you through the movements. You’re in safe hands!
